Our HEAD COACH is a former D1 baseball coach and has spent the last 8 years dedicating himself to the development of athletes. He has helped train and guide over 60 players into college baseball.

Our ASSISTANT COACH is a household name in the 757 community. He is an outstanding mentor for NLBA players and possesses high-level knowledge of hitting mechanics and strategy.

Our ASSISTANT COACH is a former minor league hitting coach for the Norfolk Tides, AAA affiliate for the Baltimore Orioles. He will provide expert video analysis for our hitters. Pro-level development.

Our ASSISTANT COACH is a recent Graduate of Ferrum College where he was a catcher and 1st baseman. He brings knowledge and experience to our staff.

Our ASSISTANT COACH has over 20 years of experience training & developing athletes. He has held multiple state, regional, and national titles. He has coached multiple tournament teams and is committed to developing players both on and off the field. His leadership skills and more than 20 years in law enforcement provides a disciplinary element to our staff that will benefit our players.

Our ACADEMIC LIAISON plays a crucial role in guiding student-athletes, including those on the baseball coaching staff, towards achieving their academic and athletic goals. This role is essential for elite baseball development, ensuring that players balance their studies with their passion for the game.

Our GENERAL MANAGER is a former D3 baseball coach and recruiting coordinator. He brings a massive network of college coaches to NLBA that will aid in the recruitment of NL ball players.

Our SPORTS PERFORMANCE coach is a former D1 strength and conditioning coach and college baseball player. He will design and implement all training programs for our athletes.

Our DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS plays a vital role in the day to day flow of NLBA, handling many of the behind the scenes tasks that are required to ensure that our athletes, coaches, and staff have everything that they need to get better on the field and in the classroom.

Our MOVEMENT SPECIALIST is an expert in Contrology, one of the most innovative physical development strategies in the industry today. This position provides hands-on training to help our athletes maximize their movement patterns and efficiency.

Our CO-MEDIA COORDINATOR is in charge of getting into the action, taking videos and photos, that represent the NLBA brand and help to promote each player.
